| Customer
is responsible to provide plates, napkins,
serving trays and utensils, 3 linen
tablecloths, and a sturdy, level table
within an 120 volt grounded electrical
outlet within 10 feet of the table.
Table linens should cover the tables
completely. |

| As
always, we are dedicated to making
sure that our customers are completely
satisfies with their services, therefore,
we can also customize a package for
your special event! |

A verbal
commitment will hold your requested
date for one week. A $200 deposit
is required to secure your event
date excluding the mini fountain
package. Remaining balance is due
2 weeks prior to your event. A mini
fountain must be paid in full to
secure event date. All checks Payable
to Schokolade Chocolate Fountains.
Returned checks will result in an
additional $30 fee.
Cancellation
Policy: Customers providing notice
of cancellation 90 days prior to
the event date will receive 3/4 of
deposit. Cancellation notice given
89 to 45 days in advance will result
in 1/2 of deposit returned. Cancellations
made after 45 days prior to event
will result in full forfeiture of
deposit. |
